Shipping prices depend on the delivery area. Orders in Spain (province) are free, and shipping is free worldwide on orders over €250.
In which cases can I exchange or return an item?
– I have received the order in poor condition
– The product is not what I expected and I’d like to exchange it or return it
All items must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Otherwise, exchanges or returns cannot be processed. Products must be returned in their original packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items arrive at Mes Amies Atelier in perfect condition. Returns of damaged items will not be accepted.
What is the time frame to request a return?
You have 7 calendar days from receipt of shipment to request a return. The refund will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase.

Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I process a return?
To manage your return, please email us at hello@mesamiesatelier.com, stating your intention to return or exchange an item and the reason for doing so. Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
Our Customer Service team will inform you of the steps to follow and any applicable costs.
Returns
Once your return is approved, the product must be sent to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Once received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
What are the costs associated with exchanges or returns?
– Exchanges: Shipping costs for exchanges (including size or product changes) must be covered by the customer. Mes Amies Atelier is not responsible for any lost items during transit.
– Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Mes Amies Atelier is not liable for any loss or damage of items during return shipping.
International returns must be handled by the customer and also respect the 7-day period, unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
